Processing and Shipping:
Processing and handling of all orders is between 2-4 business days. Once the order has been fulfilled and has been shipped, an updated email will provide you with a tracking number for your order.

Not happy with you product?: If you are not happy with your order, please contact us at info@teaforwho.com.au to discuss the issue. We will then investigate and see what we can offer to ensure that you are never disappointed with an Tea For Who product again.

Flavour: If you are purchasing online and are unsure on a flavour, please send an email to info@teaforwho.com.au for clarification.

 

Refunds:

We accept returns and exchanges in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Change of mind,
Tea For Who reserves the right to ask for the product to be returned prior to offering a refund, exchange, credit or discount to ensure the product is faulty and/or damaged. Tea For Who reserves the right to asses the age and condition of the returned product prior to offering a repair, refund or exchange. If the product does appear to be faulty and/or damaged, Tea For Who will then offer a refund, exchange, credit or discount including a partial or full credit for the return postage cost. The issue must be raised immediately with Tea For Who via email on info@teaforwho.com.au. We will not address your issue via social media.
Without photos or proof of a purchase, the refund, exchange, credit or discount does not need to be offered.
User error does not warrant a refund, exchange, credit or discount.
If your order is canceled for any reason including but not limited to fraud detection, incorrect shipping information provided etc - you may be charged a restocking and/or cancellation fee.
A discount can be offered instead of a refund or exchange.
Exchange: Due to hygiene reasons,Tea For Who does not offer exchanges or refunds on products due to simple change of mind.
Please note, simply being unhappy with a product does not always warrant a refund, credit or exchange.
Options will be - refund or exchange or credit or discount offer. Options will never include more than one from the above.

Damaged product from postage:
If your order arrives damaged from it's journey to you in the post, please take a photo of your product in its packaging immediately and send to info@teaforwho.com along with your invoice number and date of arrival. Failure to raise the issue immediately could result in no offer of refund or exchange.

Late or missing refunds:
If you order is late, refer to your updated tracking email to track your parcel with Auspost on https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search . If this does not help rectify your issue, please contact us directly on info@teaforwho.com.au to help address the issue.
Once the order is send and we have/can provided a postal tracking number, Tea For Who is not responsible for a refund due to being lost in transit. You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item depending on the reason of the return. Shipping costs may not be refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be partially or fully deducted from your refund.

Changes CANNOT be made to your order once it has been placed. This includes but not limited to combining orders, adding items, swapping products, changing the shipping address etc. Re-deliveries will be at the customers expense. If an attempt to make delivery is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, the package will not be resent until the customer makes contact with us. Re-delivery fees start at $10 and can differ depending on location, package size etc.

Maximum buy quantities apply when sales are on:
We reserve the right to refuse sale/refund an order if we believe you have poor intentions or are going to attempt to re-sell an Tea For Who product.

Medical guidance:
Tea For Who offers predominantly consumable products to which we do not claim at any point are a suitable meal substitute for a normal recommend diet, nor do we recommend or claim to use any of our blends in place of prescribed medication. If you choose to use Tea For Who's products as "self-prescribed" medication, you do so at your own risk and we recommend to consult to your local GP beforehand. Blends such as "Sleepy Zzz and Wake me up" are not recommended for children under 3yo, anyone pregnant or anyone under regular medicate without seeking information from your local GP.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from teaforwho.com.au .

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
